Any movement of furniture or other items is at the technician's discretion and may be available for a negotiated upcharge agreed upon before the work begins.

For a typical 150-square-foot room with a fan running, plan on approximately 2-4 hours of drying time under normal indoor conditions. High humidity, heavy soil, thick carpet, or extra treatment may extend drying to 4-6 hours. Keep foot traffic light until the carpet is fully dry.
